On October 5, 2023, the ship washed up on the coast of Swiss Beach Tamalang Hamlet Tongo Village after the anchor was torn off the tug. The entire crew, 16 people, are safe and uninjured. It is not yet known what damage the tug received, only that the propeller was damaged.
