On July 10, 2024,

a tug consisting of a tanker barge MH-416 ran aground on the Pechora River, near the village of Shchelyayur. In this regard, the Pechora Transport Prosecutor's Office is conducting an inspection of the implementation of navigation safety. The ships were traveling from Pechora to Naryan-Mar. There was no oil spill and no injuries were reported.
