On February 21, 2024, a ship collided with a ferry 6 kilometers off Yoseo Island in South Korea. The gas carrier received severe damage to its side. At the time of the accident there was no cargo. 19 crew members were rescued. The ship is not in danger of sinking. No casualties were reported.
