On September 24, 2023, the ship ran aground on the St. Lawrence River near Cornwall in Ontario. The cement tanker ran aground on the edge of the fairway, between the island and the dam, which makes the movement of ships along the river impossible. Two tugboats were dispatched from Montreal to assist. There is no information about water entering the building. There are no reports of an oil spill.
