On August 26, 2023, the ship was damaged by fire while in the port of Sunda Kelapa, Jakarta. The fire broke out in the cargo section, closer to the bow of the ship. The fire was extinguished within 30 minutes. About 70 firefighters worked on extinguishing the fire. The damage to the ship is not yet known. No oil spill or casualties reported.
