On July 30, 2023, the ship suffered an engine failure. And it was drifting for more than a day north of the Orkney Islands. The tugboat Ievoli Black towed the tanker and dragged it to the roadstead of the port of Lervik. The tanker was sailing from Rafnes, Norway, bound for the United States.
