On April 24, 2023, the ship ran aground on Lake Michigan, Great Lakes. The incident occurred on the fairway of Lake Muskegon. By evening, the ship was refloated and entered the port of Muskegon. There were no reports of casualties or oil spills. What damage the ship itself received is not known.
