On March 1, 2023, the ship sank near the Russian port of Vanino. The rescue operation was not successful.

On February 23, 2023, the ship gave a distress signal in the Tatar Strait. A hole appeared on the ship’s board, and there is also water inflow. The bulk carrier made a flight from China to Vanino. In total, there were 21 crew members on board, who were picked up by the Sakhalin-8 ferry. There were no casualties.
