On February 11, 2023, a fire broke out on the Seaven Horizon. The incident occurred in the port of the island of Samos when the bow anchor control mechanism caught fire. The crew, with the help of coastal fire crews, was able to cope with the fire. The vessel was detained in the port until the causes of the fire were clarified and the faults were repaired. No casualties have been reported.
