On April 27, 2023, the ship was captured by the Iranian military in the waters of the Gulf of Oman. The ship is accused of colliding with an unnamed Iranian boat that killed 2 people after the collision. The tanker was making a flight from Kuwait to Houston with a cargo of oil products.
