February 8, 2023 the ship ran aground on a coral reef. The incident took place in the waters off Egg Island off Spanish Wells, Elater. What kind of damage the ship received is not known. 2 tugboats came to the rescue. There was no oil spill. There were no casualties, all crew members were disembarked.
