On October 21, 2022, 25 miles west of Belle-Ile-en-Mer, in the Bay of Biscay, there was a failure in the steering machine and ended up in a situation without the ability to maneuver. The tugboat Abeille Bourbon came to the rescue and dragged the ship to the port of Lorient, France. No casualties have been reported.
