    The vessel was detained by PSC in the port of Haifa after an inspection of the conditions in which they worked and lived. 

    According to the inspector of the International Transport Workers' Federation, Assaf Hadar, the Serafina is the worst vessel in four years of work in Israel.

    "In four years that I have inspected ships for the IMF in Israel, I have never seen anything so bad. It is an absolute disgrace that seafarers are forced to work in these inhumane conditions," the official said.
