4МХ is obliged to ensure reliable operation and technical condition:

- mechanical part of deck machinery;

- boiler plant with its servicing technical means, desalination plant, boiler water system, heating of ballast and fuel tanks and steam extinguishing system, lifeboat motor

- pumps, systems and devices of washing and drinking water, pipelines and fittings of the hydraulic part of the log, cooling of the gyrocompass, drain pipes, air heater heating, mechanical part of the laundry equipment, boilers and other galley equipment; hydraulic system for opening/closing holds, including the condition of the pipelines on deck.
