On July 19, 2024,

the ship suffered a fire after a collision with the Ceres I.

    The collision occurred 50 nautical miles north of Singapore.The fire started in the engine room and then spread to the cargo area. There are 300,000 barrels of crude oil on board. An oil or oil leak was registered at the scene of the incident, the extent of which is being determined. The entire crew boarded a life raft and were later rescued by the Singapore Rescue Service.
