On October 21, 2023, a fire occurred on the ship in the compartment where water sports equipment is stored. Namely, the battery of one of the water scooters caught fire. The fire was extinguished by the standard fire extinguishing system while the ship was in the port of Southampton. There was no need to evacuate passengers from the plane. The airliner took off without delays.
