On October 9, 2023, the ship was scuttled to create an artificial reef. This will be the second largest artificial reef to be deployed off the Emerald Coast. The vessel will be used for a wide range of diving opportunities, ranging from 70 to 135 feet below the surface of the water. Most of the ship's deck will be at 100 feet, which is ideal for advanced diving.
