On August 8, 2023, the ship ran aground in the waters of Bangka Belitung Island. The ferry was flying from Tanjung Priok in Jakarta with 175 passengers on board. Passengers had to be evacuated by patrol boats. The ship remains aground. No casualties have been reported.
