On June 9, 2023, the ship capsized and sank in the waters of Karimunjawa. The causes of the flood are not known. The vessel was making a voyage from Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, to Taliaba, Halmahera, Maluku, with a cargo of heavy equipment. 6 crew members were found in a place with an overturned vessel. 5 crew members are missing.
