On February 6, 2023, an engine failure occurred on the ship. The incident occurred during a regular ferry service in Sydney's inner harbour. The right engine failed, and the crew had to end the flight on one engine. At the time of the breakdown, there were 4 crew members on board, it is not known how many passengers were on board. No casualties have been reported.
