On February 13, 2024, the intestinal infection continued. By this time, 129 passengers and 25 crew members were injured. Symptoms include diarrhea and vomiting. The cause is currently under investigation by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
On February 2, 2024, 116 passengers on board the ship (6% of the total number of passengers) suffered from an intestinal infection while the ship was sailing to the port of San Francisco from the Everglades. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention flagged problems on January 22, although the cause has not yet been determined
On January 2, 2023, the ship visited the dry dock with passengers on board for scheduled repairs to one of the ship's propellers. Total downtime at the dock is 30 hours. The total delay time on the line is not known. All passengers were relocated to a hotel during the renovation.
