On October 30, 2022, a fire broke out on the ship. The fire broke out in the engine room while the ship was loading mineral fertilizers in the port of Kilegon, Java. The fire quickly spread to the superstructure and the crew had to evacuate. The vessel was brought to the port area to extinguish the fire from fireboats. No casualties have been reported.
