On May 1, 2024, the ship ran aground at the exit of lock 22 on the Volga River. The passenger ship was flying from Samara to Nizhny Novgorod. The ship was refloated by the Shlyuzovaya-33 tugboat. After which the ship headed to the port of Tolyati. At the time of the incident, there were 216 passengers and 96 crew members on board. No damage or casualties were reported.
