Yemen: Houthis attack tanker in Red Sea

On July 16, 2024,

the Chios Lion was attacked by a surface unmanned vehicle in the Red Sea.

     The video published by the Yemeni Houthis shows an explosion on the port side, between the midsection and the bow. The ship remained afloat and was able to leave the danger zone.

     There was an oil spill, how big it is, it is not known. No casualties were reported.
