Israel: Fire on the ship

On June 10, 2024,

the Yaf Horizon

was damaged by fire. The fire started in the engine room while the ship was in the port of Haifa. Local rescue services mobilized to extinguish the fire. The generator set is currently on fire. The fire is not believed to be related to a drone strike or gunfire, local officials said. No casualties were reported.
