Russia: River tug ran aground on the Volga

On November 13, 2023, consisting of two barges, the tugboat Tibet ran aground at 1305 km of the Volga River, near Kazan. The tug was leading the train along the route Novocheboksarsk - Kazan. There were no reports of damage to the tug or barges. There were no oil spills or casualties. There are 8 crew members on board.
