Three sailors died off Taiwan

On September 8, 2023, three sailors were found dead. The bodies were found in the cargo hold of the MSXT Echo while the bulk carrier was anchored in the port of Hualien. The ship is loaded with coal. The reasons for the incident remain to be determined by the Taiwanese authorities.
