Yaroslavl Shipbuilding Plant is a Russian shipbuilding enterprise founded in 1920. The plant is located in the city of Yaroslavl.

Yaroslavl Shipbuilding Plant was built on the basis of the former lamp workshop.

In the 90s, the plant began to produce ships of an unlimited navigation area with a displacement of up to 2 thousand tons.

Now the plant is engaged in the construction of ships. Such as: speedboats, patrol ships, hovercraft, tugboats, etc.

During the entire period of  activity, 258 ships of various purposes and 12 hulls of boats and tugboats were built at the Yaroslavl shipyard.
