VostokProektVerf was founded in 1948. Over the years, its projects have led to the construction and reconstruction of numerous shipbuilding facilities in the Primorsky and Khabarovsk Krais, as well as the opening of plants in Siberia and the Far East.

    Today, VostokProektVerf, LLC, carries out a comprehensive range of design work for industrial, hydraulic, civil, energy, and wastewater treatment facilities.

    The institute provides technical design services for complex ship repair and shipbuilding complexes based on advanced global technologies. VostokProektVerf is also part of the JSC DCSS holding company.

    Currently, the institute is the general designer of Russia's first and one of the world's largest large-tonnage shipyards – the Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex.
