A training center for professional training of shipbuilders is being created in Bolshoy Kamen. 

    This project includes the construction of a new building for professional training at the Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex, which is equipped with the latest equipment, and the development of programs for training qualified personnel.

    The implementation of this project will provide practical training, as well as retraining of our own employees in order to improve their qualifications.

- Improving the qualifications of current personnel;

- Training of new personnel of the Zvezda Shipbuilding Complex;

- Training in related professions;

- Retraining of the unemployed under the programs of employment centers with subsequent employment.

- Professional training of students of higher and secondary specialized educational institutions.
