- specialist in lifeboats and rafts, rescue boats that are not high-speed;

- first aid;

- first aid and medical care;

- transportation of hazardous substances on ships (in bulk, in packaging);

- training of command personnel of passenger ships and Ro-Ro passenger ships, including: ensuring passenger safety; emergency management and human behavior in them;

- training of ratings of passenger ships and Ro-Ro passenger ships, including ensuring passenger safety; emergency management and human behavior in them;

- training of training center/BUTC instructors.

    Through the Federal Agency for Fisheries under the following programs:

- rendering first medical aid;

- rendering first aid and medical care;

    The Training Center for Lifeboats and Rafts of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education "Dalrybvtuz" conducts professional training of enlisted personnel in the following specialties:

- ship's boatswain;

- refrigeration plant engineer;

- ship's electrician;

- 1st and 2nd class motorman;

- ship's cook;

- 1st and 2nd class sailor;

- sailor-processor;

- buffet sailor;

- orderly sailor.
