Kazan River Port is one of the key transport centers and the largest port of Tatarstan, which is connected by the Unified Deep Sea System of the European part of Russia with the Baltic, White, Caspian, Azov, Black Seas. Therefore, the Kazan port is also called the "Port of the Five Seas."

The multifaceted activity of the enterprise covers almost all areas related to water transport: transportation of passengers, including tourist, excursion and recreational services; transport by cargo fleet, towing of vessels; cargo processing, including loading and unloading operations, warehousing operations, freight forwarding activities; development of sand-gravel mixture (ASG) deposits.

Today, the port of Kazan is one of the largest enterprises operating in the water spaces of the Republic of Tatarstan in the waters of the Volga and Kama rivers.
