The Livadiysky Ship Repair and Construction Yard's Design Bureau is one of the oldest enterprises in Primorsky Krai. The yard was founded in 1911.

    Since 2015, the design bureau has been developing ship designs and working documentation necessary for construction.

    Currently, the Livadiysky Ship Repair and Construction Yard is involved in both the design and construction of various vessels.
