United Shipbuilding Corporation JSC (USC) is one of the largest Russian shipbuilding companies. USC is located in St. Petersburg and was founded in 2006.

The Joint Shipbuilding Company includes about 40 design bureaus and specialized research centers, shipyards, ship repair and engineering enterprises, on the basis of which the largest part of the Russian shipbuilding complex has been assembled.

The main activity of which is carried out by the United Shipbuilding Corporation is the provision of Russian companies in icebreakers, transport, research, emergency rescue and auxiliary ships.
