The newspaper of water transport "Sea News of Russia" is published by the Federal Agency for Maritime River Transport (Rosmorrechflot) of the Ministry of Transport of Russia and is published under the auspices of the Maritime College under the Government of the Russian Federation. Circulation 9 thousand copies, volume 20 strips. The format of the publication is А-3. The first issue of the newspaper was published in 1996.
