The branch carries out the following activities in accordance with the procedure established by the legislation of the Russian Federation:

    Provides emergency and rescue readiness in the basin for tasks to assist people and ships in distress at sea and to respond to the consequences of sea accidents.

    Provides services in the field of rescue, ship lifting, underwater and technical works and elimination of spillage "of oil and oil products at sea.

    Ensures readiness and participation in the elimination of emergency spills of oil and petroleum products.

    Towing vessels and other floating objects intended for scrapping, including outside the Russian Federation, indicates other towing services.

    Performs underwater-technical (diving) works in ports, detects and eliminates defects of underwater parts of ships 'hulls.

    Interacts with other organizations in the field of prevention of fleet accidents, ensuring safe location and settling of emergency vessels, carrying out measures to ensure safety of navigation in the area of responsibility of the Enterprise.

    Participates in international activities to prevent and eliminate the consequences of accidents and disasters of underwater and man-made nature.

    Performs emergency and rescue operations at onshore facilities within the technical capabilities of the Enterprise.
