The Association of Fisheries Enterprises of the Khabarovsk Territory was formed in 2010. Currently, APRO HK is the largest industry association in the Khabarovsk Territory, which includes more than 30 enterprises engaged in the extraction of aquatic bioresources, the production, sale and storage of fish and other products from aquatic bioresources.

The main objectives of the Association are:

- Combining efforts for the sustainable operation of the fisheries management complex;

- Coordination of activities and protection of common property interests of members of the Association;

- development of the fishing industry, development of recommendations for the development of the fishing industry of the Khabarovsk Territory;
