Founded in 1977, it has its origins in the previous organization OFICEMA, created in 1951.

    To carry out its tasks ANAVE, among other things:

- Prepares reports, studies and applications of a technical, economic and educational nature.

- Organizes meetings, seminars, technical courses, etc.

- Maintains relations with the administrations and institutions of Spain and the European Union.

- Participates in associations and organizations of national and international character
