Blagoveshchensky district of inland waterways - a branch of the Amurvodput Administration

The federal budgetary institution "Administration of the Amur Basin of Inland Waterways" (FBU "Administration of Amurvodput") is the territorial (basin) body of the state administration of inland water (river) transport in the system of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation.

    FBU "Administration of Amurvodput" carries out its activities in the territory of five constituent entities of the Russian Federation: Trans-Baikal, Khabarovsk and Primorsky territories, the Amur Region and the Jewish Autonomous Region, within the borders of which there are inland waterways of the Amur Basin, established by the Government of the Russian Federation.

    The federal budgetary institution "Administration of the Amur Basin of Inland Waterways" is a territorial body of state management of river transport in the system of the Ministry of Transport of the Russian Federation and has in its composition the Administration of the Blagoveshchensky, Khabarovsk and Komsomolsky districts of inland waterways.

    The main tasks of the Amurvodput Administration FBU are the functions of maintaining, operating and developing the inland waterways of the Amur Basin, and state regulation of river transport activities on issues that fall within the competence of state bodies.

    The administration of the Amur Basin of Inland Waterways is a federal budgetary institution. This institution belongs to the agency of sea and river transport.

    FBU "Administration of Amurvodput" carries out its activities in Russia. Namely: Trans-Baikal, Khabarovsk and Primorsky Territories, Amur Region and European Autonomous Region.

The Administration also takes part in the work of the mixed Russian-Chinese commission on shipping on border rivers.

    The waterways of the Amur Basin are a very important water basis that unites the Far Eastern regions of Russia and northeast China into a single transport system.
