In its activities, the training center is guided by maritime international and national documents, internal documents of the Company. 

Training in the Training Center is carried out by certified specialists:

- two instructors of the Scientific and Technical Center

- two teachers of the Training Center for Safety and Security of Ships and Port Facilities. 

    The Training Center includes the Navigation Training Center (NTC) and the Training Center for Transport Security and Security of Ships and Port Facilities (TCTS and ISPS). 

    The Training Center has developed and operates a certified Quality Management System for educational services.
