The Blue Book is an electronic library of technical resolutions (past and current) adopted by IACO as a result of the work of the association and aimed at the safety of navigation.

    The publication presents the "Uniform Requirements" included in the IACS rules.

    Blue Book is intended for project bureaus, consultants, shipbuilders, classification societies, shipowners, ship brokers, insurers, accredited certification bodies, flag states, state port control, and anyone interested in the work of classification societies.
