In August 1999, the club moved to a building at 36 Kapitana Voronina St.

    From 2000 to 2023, Olga Leonidovna Shchipina (Excellent Public Education Worker) headed the Severomorets Children's Maritime Center (Young Sailors Club). 

    She was among the first cadets to come to study at the CYM and from February 1, 1978, she began working as a teacher of additional education.
