The Russian River Register is a federal autonomous institution that classifies and examines ships, as well as floating objects. More than 23 thousand vessels and floating objects are registered on the Russian River Register.

The organizational structure of the Russian River Register includes the Main Directorate and 14 branches located on the inland water basins of the Russian Federation.

The RRR consists of the Main Directorate and 14 branches, in which 75 sections are formed, located in the points of construction and repair of ships, the manufacture of materials and products intended for installation on ships with a class of RRR.
