The main activity of the Marine Training and Simulation Center of the DMU

    - is training crew members of sea vessels at the level of approved requirements and in accordance with the current needs of the maritime industry. 

    The technical equipment of the simulator complexes and classrooms, the educational and methodological base, the staffing of the instructor staff of the Marine Training and Simulation Center meet all the provisions of Regulation I/12 of the STCW Convention of 1978, as amended. 

    All types of training are certified by the Ministry of Transport of Russia for compliance with international and national requirements and approved for conducting simulator training of ship personnel with the right to issue relevant certificates.
