The information and analytical journal "Sea Ports" covers the activities of the Russian port complex and all processes related to the international transportation of foreign trade and transit cargo through Russian seaports. The first issue of the magazine was published in 1997.

The magazine is published 10 times a year under the auspices of the Maritime College under the Government of the Russian Federation and with the support of the Federal Agency for Maritime and River Transport (Rosmorrechflot) of the Ministry of Transport of Russia.
