The Coastal Training and Simulation Center is a center created to conduct simulator training for seafarers. 

    The center is equipped with modern technologies that allow training in an environment as close to real as possible. 

    The institution conducts training in the following programs: transport safety, training of small vessel navigators, fire safety and environmental safety. 

    The training and simulation center is located in the city of Astrakhan and has been operating since 1996.
