Capable of transporting up to 37,000 tons of fresh orange juice from Grupo Fischer's orange orchards in Brazil to its factories in the eastern US, Belgium and Japan
Cylindrical storage tanks are deeper in depth and taper at the top. The depth ensures that no residual juices remain in the tanks during cargo release.
The four refrigerated compartments have four juice storage tanks each, providing a total storage area of over 37,000 tons of juice. Juices, which are stored at 0 ̊Celsius to maintain quality, are transferred from pipelines to containers at -10 ̊Celsius, in a slush-like state rather than being completely liquid.
